Frank Zipfinger

Mr Frank Zipfinger is Chairman of Vecor Technologies, Chairman of Buchan, Architects, and a Senior Consultant at King & Wood Mallesons.

Mr Zipfinger is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also a member of the Council of Macquarie University, President of the Ski Lodges Organisation of Perisher, Smiggins and Guthega Inc, Chairman of the Teter Mek Foundation, Chairman of ONELAND Programs Ltd and a board member of the Northcare Foundation at Royal North Shore Hospital.

Mr Zipfinger was formerly the Chairman of Aspen Group (ASX code APZ), a director of Galileo Japan Trust (ASX code GJT) and of MHPF Premium Farms Ltd, Chairman of the Investor Representative Committees of the AMP Capital Shopping Centre Fund and the AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund, Deputy Chairman of Melbourne Business School Ltd, a former director of the Australian Youth Orchestra (AYO) and of the Sydney Eisteddfod and a member of the Executive Committee of the St Joseph’s College Indigenous Fund and of the board of the St Joseph’s College Foundation.

Mr Zipfinger has over 40 years’ experience in the property industry. He was formerly a Partner in the Sydney office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons) where he specialised in property investment and development. Frank was the Chairman of Mallesons Stephen Jaques from February 2005 until June 2010 and Chairman of Mallesons in the Community. Prior to this appointment, Frank completed over five years in various roles as a Managing Partner with the firm.
